Clarendon Broncos (Clarendon, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Booker Kiowas (Booker, TX), 10-0 in a league challenge.

The Broncos now own a 6-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Sanford-Fritch for a 2A Region I District 1 challenge on Friday, April 21. Clarendon will battle a Eagles squad coming off a 12-1 non-league win over Claude (Claude, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 17-5.

With the loss, Booker falls to 10-8 on the campaign. The Kiowas host West Texas (Stinnett, TX) to battle the Comanches in a 2A Region I District 1 challenge on Saturday, April 22. The Comanches enter the challenge with a record of 14-10. West Texas won 20-4 in their recent league challenge against Gruver (Gruver, TX)
