The Brookeland Wildcats softball team scored 15 runs and limited the visiting Zavalla Eagles to 0 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Brookeland moves its record to 11-8 on the year. The Wildcats host West Hardin (Saratoga, TX) to clash with the Oilers in a non-league game on Monday, April 24. The Oilers come into the game with a record of 11-7. West Hardin lost 13-5 in their recent league game against Big Sandy (Dallardsville, TX)

In their next game, the Eagles clash with the Bob Hope Eagles (Port Arthur, TX) in a non-league game, on Friday, April 21. Zavalla will attempt to move on its 1-7 season record.
