The Central Cobras softball team scored 19 runs and limited the host Westwood Panthers to 1 in the Cobras non-league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Central moves its record to 4-9 on the year. The Cobras host Centennial (Port St. Lucie, FL) to clash with the Eagles in a 7A District 11 game on Wednesday, April 19. The Eagles come into the game with a record of 11-7. Centennial won 1-0 in their recent non-league game against Jensen Beach (Jensen Beach, FL)

In their next game, the Panthers clash with the Martin County Tigers (Stuart, FL) in a non-league game, on Thursday, April 20. Westwood will attempt to move on its 0-14 season record. The Tigers come into the game with a 5-11 record after their 6-5 non-league win over Treasure Coast (Port St. Lucie, FL).
