The Tunstall Trojans softball team scored 5 runs and limited the visiting Chatham Cavaliers to 3 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Tuesday.
With the triumph, Tunstall moves its record to 8-3 on the year. The Trojans host Bartlett Yancey (Yanceyville, NC) to clash with the Buccaneers in a non-league game on Wednesday, April 19. The Buccaneers come into the game with a record of 9-8. Bartlett Yancey won 17-1 in their recent league game against Cummings (Burlington, NC)
In their next game, the Cavaliers clash with the Altavista Colonels (Altavista, VA) in a Dogwood game, on Wednesday, April 19. Chatham will attempt to move on its 4-4 season record.
