Colorado Wolves (Colorado City, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Forsan Buffaloes (Forsan, TX), 7-4 in a league challenge.

The Wolves now own a 10-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Tahoka for a 2A Region I District 4 challenge on Friday, April 21. Colorado will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 12-4 league win over Post (Post, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 18-7.

With the loss, Forsan falls to 21-7 on the campaign. The Buffaloes host Hermleigh (Hermleigh, TX) to face the Cardinals in a non-league challenge on Friday, April 21. The Cardinals enter the challenge with a record of 11-5. Hermleigh won 21-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Seymour (Seymour, TX)
