Spectators at Tuesday's league match between the Conneaut Area Eagles (Linesville, PA) and the visiting Meadville Bulldogs (Meadville, PA), witnessed Conneaut Area's softball squad tip Meadville by a count of 10-4.

The Eagles now sport a 7-2 record. They play next when they travel to Cathedral Prep for a match on Thursday, April 20. Conneaut Area will meet a Ramblers squad coming off a 5-4 league win over McDowell (Erie, PA). The Ramblers record now stands at 9-1.

With the loss, Meadville moves to 5-4 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to General McLane (Edinboro, PA) to meet the Lancers in a District 10 Region 5 match on Thursday, April 20. The Lancers go into the match with a record of 3-4. General McLane won 11-0 in their recent league match against Erie (Erie, PA)
