White Pine Bobcats (Ely, NV) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Lincoln County Lynx (Panaca, NV), 14-9 in a league challenge.

The Bobcats now own a 6-7 record. They take the field next when they host Lincoln County for a 2A- Southern challenge on Tuesday, April 18. White Pine will battle a Lynx squad coming off a 16-1 league win over Democracy Prep Agassi Campus (Las Vegas, NV). The Lynx record now stands at 10-5.

With the loss, Lincoln County falls to 10-7 on the campaign. The Lynx travel to White Pine (Ely, NV) to battle the Bobcats in a 2A- Southern challenge on Tuesday, April 18. The Bobcats enter the challenge with a record of 4-7. White Pine won 15-5 in their recent league challenge against Laughlin (Laughlin, NV)
