The crowd at Tuesday's league match between the Lincoln-Way Central Knights (New Lenox, IL) and the visiting Stagg Chargers (Palos Hills, IL), saw Lincoln-Way Central's softball squad achieve victory over Stagg by a count of 12-1.

The Knights now sport a 10-4 record. They take the field next when they host Mother McAuley for a non-league match on Wednesday, April 19. Lincoln-Way Central will face a Mighty Macs squad coming off a 6-5 league loss to Providence Catholic (New Lenox, IL). The Mighty Macs record now stands at 7-6.

With the loss, Stagg falls to 2-11 on the campaign. The Chargers travel to Andrew (Tinley Park, IL) to face the Thunderbolts in a SouthWest Suburban match on Wednesday, April 19. The Thunderbolts enter the match with a record of 14-2. Andrew won 11-0 in their recent league match against Bolingbrook (Bolingbrook, IL)
