The McClintock Chargers softball team scored 22 runs and limited the visiting South Mountain Jaguars to 0 in the Chargers non-league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, McClintock improves its record to 13-8 on the year. The Chargers travel to Central (Phoenix, AZ) to clash with the Bobcats in a non-league game on Friday, April 21. The Bobcats come into the game with a record of 10-5. Central won 15-4 in their recent league game against Sierra Linda (Phoenix, AZ)

In their next game, the Jaguars clash with the North Canyon Rattlers (Phoenix, AZ) in a 5A Metro game, on Friday, April 21. South Mountain will attempt to improve on its 2-16 season record. The Rattlers come into the game with a 7-8 record after their 5-0 non-league loss to Kellis (Glendale, AZ).
