North Carolina High School Softball - Myers Park bounces Palisades

April 18, 2023: Charlotte, NC 28278

Myers Park Mustangs (Charlotte, NC) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Palisades Pumas (Charlotte, NC), 17-5 in a league challenge.

The Mustangs now own a 14-2 record. They take the field next when they host Cuthbertson for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 19. Myers Park will battle a Cavaliers squad coming off a 10-1 league win over Porter Ridge (Indian Trail, NC). The Cavaliers record now stands at 10-8.

With the loss, Palisades falls to 6-10 on the campaign. The Pumas travel to Forestview (Gastonia, NC) to battle the Jaguars in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 19. The Jaguars enter the challenge with a record of 9-7. Forestview won 13-4 in their recent league challenge against North Gaston (Dallas, NC)
