Norwalk Lancers (Norwalk, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Paramount Pirates (Paramount, CA), 13-0 in a league challenge.

The Lancers now own a 15-5 record. They take the field next when they host Bellflower for a Suburban challenge on Thursday, April 20. Norwalk will face a Buccaneers squad coming off a 17-1 league win over Firebaugh (Lynwood, CA). The Buccaneers record now stands at 8-8.

With the loss, Paramount falls to 8-9 on the campaign. The Pirates host Lynwood (Lynwood, CA) to face the Knights in a San Gabriel Valley challenge on Thursday, April 20. The Knights enter the challenge with a record of 1-5.
