Utah High School Softball - Wasatch topped by Spanish Fork

April 18, 2023: Heber City, UT 84032

In Tuesday's league contest, the Spanish Fork Dons (Spanish Fork, UT) softball team overwhelmed the host Wasatch Wasps (Heber City, UT), by a margin of 12-0.

With the triumph, Spanish Fork moves its record to 13-1 on the year. The Dons host Salem Hills (Salem, UT) to play the Skyhawks in a 5A Region 9 contest on Thursday, April 20. The Skyhawks come into the contest with a record of 9-5. Salem Hills won 20-3 in their recent non-league contest against Murray (Murray, UT)

In their next game, the Wasps play the Maple Mountain Golden Eagles (Spanish Fork, UT) in a 5A Region 9 contest, on Thursday, April 20. Wasatch will attempt to move on its 2-10 season record. The Golden Eagles come into the contest with a 5-10 record after their 4-1 league loss to Springville (Springville, UT).
