With the win, Gilmer County upgrades its record to 15-2 on the season. The Titans host Washington (Charles Town, WV) to battle the Patriots in a non-league test on Friday, April 19. The Patriots come into the test with a record of 11-8. Washington won 5-3 in their recent league test against Spring Mills (Martinsburg, WV)

With the defeat, Doddridge County falls to 3-6 on the season. The Bulldogs host Tyler (Sistersville, WV) to battle the Knights in a Little Kanawha test on Monday, April 22. The Knights come into the test with a record of 16-6. Tyler won 8-7 in their recent league test against Wahama (Mason, WV)
