The Henry-Senachwine Mallards baseball team scored 3 runs and limited the host Roanoke-Benson/Lowpoint-Washburn Rockets to 2 in the Mallards league victory on Thursday.

The Mallards (7-8) will now prepare for their match against St. Bede (Peru, IL). The Bruins go into the Tri-County match with a 12-7 record.

The Rockets (10-9) will now prepare for their match against Fieldcrest (Minonk, IL). The Knights go into the non-league match with a 5-7 record. In their last challenge, Fieldcrest was nudged by Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley (Gibson City, IL), 2-1, in a league challenge.
