In Thursday's league game, the visiting Whitefield Academy WolfPack baseball team scored a tight 8-7 victory over the Mount Pisgah Christian Patriots.
The WolfPack (16-8) will now prepare for their game against First Presbyterian Day (Macon, GA). The Vikings go into the non-league game with a 18-4 record. In their last game, First Presbyterian Day tipped Gatewood (Eatonton, GA), 7-0, in a non-league game.
The Patriots (7-16) will now prepare for their game against Galloway (Atlanta, GA). The Scots go into the 1A D-I Area 6 game with a 7-15 record. In their last game, Galloway was edged by Whitefield Academy (Mableton, GA), 16-1, in a league game.
