The Gilmour Academy Lancers (Gates Mills, OH) lacrosse tipped the visiting Archbishop Hoban Knights (Akron, OH), 10-9 in Thursday's league outing.
With the win, Gilmour Academy upgrades its record to 4-2 on the season. The Lancers travel to Cardinal Mooney (Youngstown, OH) to battle the Cardinals in a Region 6 outing on Saturday, April 20. The Cardinals go into the outing with a record of 7-1. Cardinal Mooney won 16-5 in their recent league outing against Louisville (Louisville, OH)
With the defeat, Archbishop Hoban drops to 2-6 on the season. The Knights host Poland Seminary (Poland, OH) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league outing on Monday, April 22. The Bulldogs go into the outing with a record of 0-6.
