In Thursday's league test, the visiting Fuquay - Varina Bengals lacrosse squad scored a good 19-3 victory over the Garner Trojans.
The Bengals now have a 12-2 record. They take the field next when they host Corinth Holders for a Greater Neuse River test on Monday, April 22. Fuquay - Varina will face a Pirates squad coming off a 20-4 league win over Cleveland (Clayton, NC). The Pirates record now stands at 7-5.
In their next game, the Trojans face the Willow Spring Storm (Fuquay-Varina, NC) in a Greater Neuse River test, on Monday, April 22. Garner will attempt to move on its 1-8 season record. The Storm come into the test with a 9-6 record after their 14-11 non-league loss to Apex (Apex, NC).
