The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the J.L. Mann Patriots (Greenville, SC) and the host Spartanburg Vikings (Spartanburg, SC), saw J.L. Mann's lacrosse team gain a win over Spartanburg by a margin of 11-8.

The Patriots (8-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Fort Mill (Fort Mill, SC). The Yellow Jackets enter the non-league challenge with a 12-5 record. In their last challenge, Fort Mill edged James F. Byrnes (Duncan, SC), 14-13, in a non-league challenge.
