The Anderson County Bearcats (Lawrenceburg, KY) lacrosse tipped the host Shelby County Rockets (Shelbyville, KY), 9-8 in Thursday's non-league outing.

With the win, Anderson County upgrades its record to 5-3 on the season. The Bearcats host Knox Central (Barbourville, KY) to battle the Panthers in a non-league outing on Wednesday, April 24. The Panthers go into the outing with a record of 0-0.

With the defeat, Shelby County drops to 1-12 on the season. The Rockets host Madison Central/Madison Southern [Mavericks] (Richmond, KY) to battle the Mavericks in a non-league outing on Saturday, April 20. The Mavericks go into the outing with a record of 0-8. Madison Central/Madison Southern [Mavericks] lost 12-0 in their recent non-league outing against Scott County (Georgetown, KY)
