New York High School Lacrosse - Longwood sneaks past Connetquot

The Longwood Lions lacrosse team scored 13 points and held the visiting Connetquot T-Birds to 12 in the Lions league win on Thursday.
The Lions (4-3) will now prepare for their game against Patchogue-Medford (Medford, NY). The Raiders go into the Section 11 I game with a 6-4 record. In their last game, Patchogue-Medford nudged Sachem East (Farmingville, NY), 6-4, in a league game.
The T-Birds (7-3) will now prepare for their game against William Floyd (Mastic Beach, NY). The Colonials go into the Section 11 I game with a 4-5 record. In their last game, William Floyd was tipped by Bay Shore (Bay Shore, NY), 9-7, in a league game.
