Farmington Cardinals (Farmington, AR) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Berryville Bobcats (Berryville, AR), 17-2 in a league challenge.

The Cardinals now own a 17-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bentonville West for a non-league challenge on Friday, April 19. Farmington will battle a Wolverines squad coming off a 8-3 league win over Springdale (Springdale, AR). The Wolverines record now stands at 12-12.

With the loss, Berryville falls to 5-14 on the campaign. The Bobcats travel to Green Forest (Green Forest, AR) to battle the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Friday, April 19. The Tigers enter the challenge with a record of 4-12. Green Forest lost 15-0 in their recent league challenge against Lincoln (Lincoln, AR)
