The Brewer Witches softball team (Brewer, ME), was routed 9-5 in Thursday's league bout with the visiting Oxford Hills Vikings (South Paris, ME)

The Vikings (2-0) will now prepare for their bout against Edward Little (Auburn, ME). The Red Eddies go into the Class A North bout with a 1-1 record. In their last bout, Edward Little held off Messalonskee (Oakland, ME), 7-2, in a league bout.

The Witches now possess a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Lewiston for a Class A North bout on Saturday, April 20. Brewer will confront a Blue Devils squad coming off a 11-7 league win over Bangor (Bangor, ME). The Blue Devils record now stands at 1-0.
