The Jamaica Beavers softball team scored 11 runs and limited the host Edison to 3 in the Beavers league triumph on Thursday.
With the triumph, Jamaica moves its record to 5-1 on the year. The Beavers travel to John Adams (Ozone Park, NY) to clash with the Spartans in a non-league game on Wednesday, April 24. The Spartans come into the game with a record of 1-5. John Adams lost 19-0 in their recent non-league game against Forest Hills (Forest Hills, NY)
In their next game, the clash with the Campus Magnet Bulldogs (Cambria Heights, NY) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, April 30. Edison will attempt to move on its 3-4 season record.
