Pennsylvania High School Softball - Saegertown bounces Eisenhower

April 18, 2024: Saegertown, PA 16433

Spectators at Thursday's league match between the Saegertown Panthers (Saegertown, PA) and the visiting Eisenhower Knights (Russell, PA), witnessed Saegertown's softball squad tip Eisenhower by a count of 11-6.

The Panthers now sport a 4-1 record. They play next when they host Maplewood for a District 10 Region 2 match on Saturday, April 20. Saegertown will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 4-3 league win over Cochranton (Cochranton, PA). The Tigers record now stands at 5-1.

With the loss, Eisenhower moves to 0-3 on the season. The Knights host Jamestown (Jamestown, PA) to meet the Muskies in a non-league match on Monday, April 22. The Muskies go into the match with a record of 5-2. Jamestown won 10-0 in their recent league match against Grove City (Grove City, PA)
