Florida High School Softball - Holmes County bounces Ponce De Leon

The Holmes County Blue Devils (Bonifay, FL) softball routed the host Ponce De Leon Pirates (Ponce De Leon, FL), 14-3 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Blue Devils (9-13) will now prepare for their bout against Freeport (Freeport, FL). The Bulldogs go into the non-league bout with a 15-5 record. In their last bout, Freeport toppled Paxton (Paxton, FL), 6-4, in a non-league bout.

The Pirates now possess a 9-7 record. They play next when they travel to Walton for a non-league bout on Monday, April 22. Ponce De Leon will confront a Braves squad coming off a 5-1 league loss to North Bay Haven Academy (Panama City, FL). The Braves record now stands at 9-10.
