The Tularosa Wildcats softball team scored 19 runs and limited the host Mescalero Apache Chiefs to 0 in the Wildcats league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Tularosa moves its record to 11-4 on the year. The Wildcats host Capitan (Capitan, NM) to clash with the Tigers in a A/2A District 3 game on Tuesday, April 23. The Tigers come into the game with a record of 1-9. Capitan lost 21-11 in their recent league game against Lordsburg (Lordsburg, NM)

In their next game, the Chiefs clash with the Mesilla Valley Christian School SonBlazers (Las Cruces, NM) in a A/2A District 3 game, on Saturday, April 20. Mescalero Apache will attempt to move on its 4-5 season record. The SonBlazers come into the game with a 12-2 record after their 16-1 league win over Capitan (Capitan, NM).
