The Vista Meridian Meridian Eagles softball team (Santa Ana, CA), was tipped 1-0 in Thursday's league test with the host Orangewood Academy Spartans (Garden Grove, CA)

Coming up next, the Spartans encounter the Samueli Academy Firewolves (Santa Ana, CA) in a San Joaquin test, on Friday, April 19. Orangewood Academy will attempt to improve on its 10-4 season record. The Firewolves enter the test with a 7-12 record after their 23-8 league loss to Southlands Christian (Rowland Heights, CA).

The Meridian Eagles (0-10) will now prepare for their test against Calvary Chapel (Downey, CA). The Grizzlies enter the San Joaquin test with a 11-9 record. In their last test, Calvary Chapel was tipped by Capistrano Valley Christian (San Juan Capistrano, CA), 16-1, in a league test.
