The crowd at Friday's non-league battle between the Lafayette Lancers (Wildwood, MO) and the host Howell North Knights (St. Charles, MO), saw Lafayette's baseball team gain a win over Howell North by a tally of 11-5.

The Lancers (8-7) will now prepare for their battle against Lindbergh (St. Louis, MO). The Flyers enter the non-league battle with a 15-6 record. In their last battle, Lindbergh was overwhelmed by Oakville (St. Louis, MO), 7-5, in a league battle.

Next, the Knights face the Howell Vikings (St. Charles, MO) in a Class 6 District 4 battle, on Tuesday, April 22. Howell North will attempt to upgrade on its 10-6 season record. The Vikings enter the battle with a 15-1 record after their 6-0 non-league win over Grain Valley (Grain Valley, MO).
