In Friday's league game, the host Kennewick Lions baseball team scored a nice 16-7 victory over the Kamiakin Braves.

The Lions (9-4) will now prepare for their game against Chiawana (Pasco, WA). The Riverhawks enter the 3A/4A Mid-Columbia game with a 10-5 record. In their last game, Chiawana defeated Hanford (Richland, WA), 5-1, in a league game.

Next, the Braves face the Richland Bombers (Richland, WA) in a 3A/4A Mid-Columbia game, on Tuesday, April 22. Kamiakin will attempt to improve on its 12-2 season record. The Bombers enter the game with a 10-3 record after their 17-0 league win over Hermiston (Hermiston, WA).
