The Lakeview Huskies baseball team scored 13 runs and held the visiting Port Huron Northern Huskies to 3 in the Huskies league win on Friday.
The Huskies now own a 7-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Armada for a non-league test on Saturday, April 19. Lakeview will play a Tigers team coming off a 8-0 non-league win over Marysville (Marysville, MI). The Tigers record now stands at 4-2.
With the defeat, Port Huron Northern drops to 1-6 on the year. The Huskies travel to Romeo (Romeo, MI) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Saturday, April 19. The Bulldogs go into the test with a record of 8-2. Romeo lost 8-4 in their recent league test against Dakota (Macomb, MI)
