In Friday's non-league game, the host McAlester Buffaloes baseball team scored a nice 11-1 win over the MacArthur Highlanders.
The Buffaloes (15-11) will now prepare for their game against Shawnee (Shawnee, OK). The Wolves go into the non-league game with a 6-18 record. In their last game, Shawnee knocked off Nathan Hale (Tulsa, OK), 11-1, in a non-league game.
Next, the Highlanders play the Collinsville Cardinals (Collinsville, OK) in a non-league game, on Friday, April 18. MacArthur will attempt to improve on its 16-14 season record. The Cardinals go into the game with a 20-5 record after their 10-8 non-league win over Pryor (Pryor, OK).
