Texas High School Baseball - Village Tech wallops Madison

The Village Tech Viper Squid baseball team scored 18 runs and held the visiting Madison Trojans to 7 in the Viper Squid league win on Friday.

The Viper Squid now own a 6-8 record. They take the field next when they host Keene for a 3A Region II District 9 test on Tuesday, April 22. Village Tech will clash with a Chargers team coming off a 7-6 league win over Trinity Leadership (Cedar Hill, TX). The Chargers record now stands at 9-13.

With the defeat, Madison drops to 1-9 on the year. The Trojans host Trinity Leadership (Cedar Hill, TX) to clash with the Tigers in a 3A Region II District 9 test on Tuesday, April 22. The Tigers go into the test with a record of 6-12. Trinity Leadership lost 7-6 in their recent league test against Keene (Keene, TX)
