The Meeker Bulldogs (Meeker, OK) baseball trounced the visiting Morris Eagles (Morris, OK), 9-1 in Friday's non-league challenge.
The Bulldogs now own a 17-8 record. They take the field next when they host Bethel for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 19. Meeker will clash with a Wildcats squad coming off a 9-7 league win over Henryetta (Henryetta, OK). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-1.
The Eagles (6-18) will now prepare for their outing against Sperry (Sperry, OK). The Pirates come into the 3A District 7 outing with a 11-13 record. In their last outing, Sperry was overwhelmed by Berryhill (Tulsa, OK), 9-2, in a non-league outing.
