The St. Helens Lions baseball team scored 11 runs and held the visiting Seaside Seagulls to 4 in the Lions league win on Friday.
The Lions now own a 6-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Astoria for a 4A Cowapa test on Tuesday, April 22.
With the defeat, Seaside drops to 4-8 on the year. The Seagulls travel to Tillamook (Tillamook, OR) to clash with the Cheesemakers in a 4A Cowapa test on Tuesday, April 22. The Cheesemakers go into the test with a record of 8-4. Tillamook lost 4-1 in their recent league test against Scappoose (Scappoose, OR)
