The Tazewell Bulldogs (Tazewell, VA) soccer nipped the visiting Fort Chiswell Pioneers (Max Meadows, VA), 2-1 in Friday's non-league challenge.
The Bulldogs now hold a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to Marion for a Southwest challenge on Tuesday, April 22. Tazewell will encounter a Scarlet Hurricanes squad coming off a 4-0 league loss to Lebanon (Lebanon, VA). The Scarlet Hurricanes record now stands at 3-2.
With the loss, Fort Chiswell moves to 0-6 on the year. The Pioneers travel to Bath County (Hot Springs, VA) to encounter the Chargers in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 23. The Chargers go into the challenge with a record of 3-5. Bath County won 1-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Bland County (Rocky Gap, VA)
