The North Augusta Yellow Jackets (North Augusta, SC) baseball trounced the visiting Brookland-Cayce Bearcats (Cayce, SC), 9-3 in Friday's non-league challenge.
The Yellow Jackets now own a 9-0 record. They take the field next when they host Midland Valley for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 21.
With the defeat, Brookland-Cayce drops to 3-12 on the year. The Bearcats host Lower Richland (Hopkins, SC) to clash with the Diamond Hornets in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 22. The Diamond Hornets go into the challenge with a record of 4-7. Lower Richland lost 7-5 in their recent non-league challenge against Wilson (Florence, SC)
