Fluvanna County Flying Flucos (Palmyra, VA) followers exited the stadium satisfied Friday as they saw their lacrosse team top the visiting Orange County Fighting Hornets (Orange, VA), 13-3 in a non-league game.
With the victory, Fluvanna County advances its record to 4-0 on the season. The Flying Flucos host Godwin (Richmond, VA) to play the Eagles in a non-league game on Wednesday, April 23. The Eagles come into the game with a record of 4-2.
The Fighting Hornets now sport a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Goochland for a non-league game on Tuesday, April 22. Orange County will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 8-3 non-league loss to Western Albemarle (Crozet, VA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-2.
