In Friday's league test, the Norwell Knights (Ossian, IN) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Huntington North Vikings (Huntington, IN), by a count of 27-6.
Next, the Knights meet the Adams Central Flying Jets (Monroe, IN) in a non-league test, on Monday, April 21. Norwell will attempt to upgrade on its 4-0 season record. The Flying Jets go into the test with a 1-1 record after their 18-15 league win over Bluffton (Bluffton, IN).
The Vikings (0-1) will now prepare for their test against Carroll (Fort Wayne, IN). The Chargers go into the non-league test with a 1-2 record. In their last test, Carroll toppled Bellmont (Decatur, IN), 14-9, in a non-league test.
