The Pendleton Buckaroos triumphed over the host Baker/Powder Valley Bulldogs softball squad by a count of 17-1 in Friday's league challenge.

Next, the Buckaroos play the Scappoose Indians (Scappoose, OR) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, April 22. Pendleton will attempt to upgrade on its 10-0 season record. The Indians enter the challenge with a 12-1 record after their 3-2 league win over Astoria (Astoria, OR).

The Bulldogs (1-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Enterprise/Joseph (Enterprise, OR). The Savages enter the non-league challenge with a 1-5 record. In their last challenge, Enterprise/Joseph was routed by Vale (Vale, OR), 13-0, in a league challenge.
