California High School Softball - Santa Ana edges Costa Mesa

In Friday's league match, the visiting Santa Ana Saints softball team scored a tight 10-8 victory over the Costa Mesa Mustangs.
The Saints (14-3) will now prepare for their match against Big Bear (Big Bear City, CA). The Bears go into the non-league match with a 8-7 record. In their last match, Big Bear tipped Cobalt Institute of Math & Science Academy (Victorville, CA), 14-4, in a league match.
In their next game, the Mustangs battle the Tustin Tillers (Tustin, CA) in a Orange Coast match, on Wednesday, April 23. Costa Mesa will attempt to better on its 2-14 season record. The Tillers go into the match with a 6-3 record after their 8-0 non-league win over Godinez Fundamental (Santa Ana, CA).
