Kentucky High School Softball - Edmonson County sneaks past Owensboro

In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Edmonson County Wildcats softball team scored a tight 1-0 win over the Owensboro Red Devils.
The Wildcats (9-9) will now prepare for their match against Allen County-Scottsville (Scottsville, KY). The Patriots come into the non-league match with a 16-3 record. In their last match, Allen County-Scottsville nipped Barren County (Glasgow, KY), 10-7, in a league match.
In their next game, the Red Devils battle the Apollo Eagles (Owensboro, KY) in a District 9 match, on Monday, April 21. Owensboro will attempt to better on its 7-8 season record.
