The Kennedy Crusaders softball team scored 17 runs and held the visiting Kenwood Broncos to 0 in the Crusaders league win on Friday.

The Crusaders now possess a 8-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Curie for a Chicago Public White South battle on Saturday, April 19. Kennedy will confront a Condors team coming off a 15-0 league win over Kelly (Chicago, IL). The Condors record now stands at 6-2.

With the loss, Kenwood moves to 0-7 on the season. The Broncos host Kennedy (Chicago, IL) to confront the Crusaders in a Chicago Public White South battle on Monday, April 21. The Crusaders come into the battle with a record of 8-5. Kennedy lost 7-4 in their recent league battle against Curie (Chicago, IL)
