In Friday's league test, the Merrimack Tomahawks (Merrimack, NH) softball squad got by the visiting Spaulding Red Raiders (Rochester, NH), by a tally of 3-2.
Next, the Tomahawks meet the Winnacunnet Warriors (Hampton, NH) in a Division I test, on Monday, April 21. Merrimack will attempt to advance on its 1-2 season record. The Warriors go into the test with a 4-0 record after their 9-5 league win over Timberlane (Plaistow, NH).
The Red Raiders (0-4) will now prepare for their test against Goffstown (Goffstown, NH). The Grizzlies go into the Division I test with a 3-1 record. In their last test, Goffstown held off Concord (Concord, NH), 6-1, in a league test.
