Nevada High School Baseball - McQueen holds off Reed

In Saturday's league game, the visiting McQueen Lancers baseball team scored a close 7-3 win over the Reed Raiders.

The Lancers (12-12) will now prepare for their game against North Valleys (Reno, NV). The Panthers go into the 5A Northern game with a 3-16 record. In their last game, North Valleys was overwhelmed by Reno (Reno, NV), 13-2, in a league game.

Next, the Raiders play the Damonte Ranch Mustangs (Reno, NV) in a 5A Northern game, on Tuesday, April 21. Reed will attempt to improve on its 11-12 season record. The Mustangs go into the game with a 10-9 record after their 7-3 league win over Carson (Carson City, NV).
