Spectators at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Galatia Bearcats (Galatia, IL) and the host Agape Christian Knights (Energy, IL), saw Galatia's baseball squad knock off Agape Christian by a count of 8-3.

Coming up next, the Bearcats play the Pope County Pirates (Golconda, IL) in a Greater Egyptian battle, on Friday, April 22. Galatia will attempt to move on its 5-1 season record. The Pirates enter the battle with a 1-6 record after their 19-1 league loss to Hardin County (Elizabethtown, IL).
