The Monterey Trail Mustangs volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Laguna Creek Cardinals to 0 in the Mustangs league victory on Tuesday.

The Mustangs now possess a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Woodcreek for a non-league game on Wednesday, April 20.

The Cardinals (0-4) will now prepare for their game against Kennedy (Sacramento, CA). The Cougars enter the game with a 2-7 record. In their last game, Kennedy defeated Grant (Sacramento, CA), 2-1, in a league game.
