In Tuesday's league battle, the visiting Pittsburg Pirates volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Liberty Lions.

The Pirates (4-8) will now prepare for their battle against Deer Valley (Antioch, CA). The Wolverines come into the battle with a 4-1 record. In their last battle, Deer Valley achieved victory over Campolindo (Moraga, CA), 2-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Lions clash with the Freedom Falcons (Oakley, CA) in a battle, on Thursday, April 21. Liberty will attempt to advance on its 2-7 season record. The Falcons come into the battle with a 0-6 record after their 2-0 league loss to Heritage (Brentwood, CA).
