The Hoggard Vikings lacrosse team scored 19 points and held the host Ashley Screaming Eagle to 6 in the Vikings league win on Tuesday.

The Vikings (14-0) will now prepare for their match against Laney (Wilmington, NC). The Buccaneers go into the Mideastern match with a 11-3 record. In their last match, Laney was overwhelmed by Topsail (Hampstead, NC), 12-9, in a league match.

The Screaming Eagle (11-3) will now prepare for their match against Charlotte Catholic (Charlotte, NC). The Cougars go into the non-league match with a 13-4 record. In their last match, Charlotte Catholic prevailed over Christ the King (Huntersville, NC), 16-6, in a non-league match.
