Aspen Skiers (Aspen, CO) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad edge the visiting Grand Junction Tigers (Grand Junction, CO), 7-6 in a non-league battle.

The Skiers now have a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they host Battle Mountain for a 4A Western battle on Monday, April 25.

In their next game, the Tigers clash with the Glenwood Springs Demons (Glenwood Springs, CO) in a 4A/5A Mountain battle, on Thursday, April 21. Grand Junction will attempt to move on its 6-3 season record. The Demons come into the battle with a 2-5 record after their 11-9 league win over Montrose (Montrose, CO).
