Virginia High School Soccer - Glenvar knocks off Alleghany

The Glenvar Highlanders (Salem, VA) soccer bounced the visiting Alleghany Mountaineers (Covington, VA), 10-1 in Tuesday's league bout.
With the victory, Glenvar moves its record to 9-0 on the year. The Highlanders travel to Radford (Radford, VA) to confront the Bobcats in a Three Rivers bout on Tuesday, April 26. The Bobcats enter the bout with a record of 4-2.
In their next game, the Mountaineers confront the Carroll County Cavaliers (Hillsville, VA) in a Three Rivers bout, on Thursday, April 21. Alleghany will attempt to move on its 3-5 season record. The Cavaliers enter the bout with a 3-5 record after their 10-0 non-league win over Grayson County (Independence, VA).
